Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a detail-oriented DOT Compliance Coordinator to ensure fleet and driver records align with FMCSA and DOT regulations. The role emphasizes maintaining drug/alcohol testing records and driver qualifications with strict confidentiality.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hourly pay range of $18-$21 depending on experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and other insurances.

Qualifications

Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and set priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee driver medical qualifications in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Monitor expiration dates of DOT medical certificates and schedule accordingly.
Maintain records of work restrictions and return-to-duty clearances.
Communicate with other departments as needed with non-sensitive information.
Maintain accurate records of all drug and alcohol tests for current fleet and incoming drivers.
Ensure all information received is treated with confidentiality and documented appropriately.
