1888 Industrial Services is seeking a DOT Compliance Manager in Ault, CO to ensure driver compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies. You will prepare compliance documents, conduct training, onboard new staff, and monitor hours of service to maintain high safety scores.
The role requires 2+ years in transportation compliance, strong DOT/FMCSA knowledge, and proficiency with fleet and office software. Compensation includes full benefits and an exempt schedule.

The DOT Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring employee driver compliance with all federal, state, local, and company level regulations and policies. As the DOT Manager, you will prepare and complete regulatory and compliance documents. You will be responsible for driver training and skill assessment. This includes on‑boarding employees, through orientation, and remedial training. Documenting compliance of DOT and FMCSA regulations and efficient use of Hours of Service are essential job duties. This position is essential to ensure the company’s reputable safety scores.
Salary: $80K
Overtime: Exempt
