Job summary

Mullens Markings is seeking a DOT Compliance Administrator in Culpeper, VA to ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance across drivers, fleet, and operations. You will maintain DQ files, MVRs, medical certificates, and CDL documentation, while coordinating audits and supporting safety programs.

The role emphasizes organization, documentation, and attention to detail to keep operations safe and compliant at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in DOT or transportation compliance roles.
• Solid understanding of FMCSA regulations and DOT filings.
• Experience maintaining driver qualification files and audits.

Responsibilities

• Administer DOT compliance programs and maintain records.
• Monitor driver qualification, MVRs, medical certificates, and CDL docs.
• Coordinate DOT audits and inspections with accuracy.
• Manage hours of service and ELD records for drivers.
• Prepare compliance reports for audits and internal use.
• Support safety and administrative functions as needed.
