The DOT Compliance Administrator is responsible for administering the company's DOT compliance programs while supporting our operations, fleet, and EHS teams. This position ensures compliance with FMCSA regulations, maintains accurate driver and fleet records, supports regulatory audits, and helps keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
Administer DOT drug and alcohol testing programs, including random testing requirements.
Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records.
Track driver violations and assist with corrective action documentation.
Maintain vehicle inspection, maintenance, and compliance records.
Coordinate DOT audits and assist with regulatory inspections.
Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
