Qualifications

• Assists with compliance documents and project forms.
• Reviews projects for regulatory impacts.
• Supports audits and inspections by regulators.
• Maintains manuals, documents, and MOCs.
• Coordinates with internal teams and SMEs.
• Travel 15-30% as needed.
• Familiar with 49 CFR 192 and 195.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project execution manuals and processing MOCs.
• Guide staff on required forms and documentation.
• Review projects for compliance impacts.
• Coordinate with compliance for regulator notifications.
• Manage OMS inspections and asset/work orders.
• Prepare for audits and serve as audience during inspections.
• Represent Boardwalk in audits; liaise with regulators.
• Maintain portal documents for accessibility.
