• Minimum 3 years asphalt estimating experience with emphasis on DOT work.
• Experience bidding on DOT/heavy highway projects.
• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects typically ranging from 5M to 50M.
• Estimate self-performed work and price labor/equipment/materials.
• Identify constructability issues and value-engineer alternatives.
• Assess site exposures and reflect costs in estimates.
• Travel within Florida may be required.
