Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers invites a licensed Practical Nurse to join our NH clinic team, collaborating with Medical Director, RN, and Program Director to deliver compassionate care to patients in challenging times.

You will perform medication administration, patient interactions, and medical record maintenance while supporting a patient-centered environment with strong compliance and teamwork. Day-one benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in your state.
• Understanding of opiate addiction, medical terminology, general nursing knowledge, and techniques.
• Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Must have basic typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administer medication per physician's order and record dosage.
• Conduct daily inventory of medication supply.
• Maintain accuracy in daily accounting of medication supplied or administered.
• Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation in the absence of a cashier.
• Ensure disposal of medical waste through proper protocol.
• Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing.
• Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed.
• Administer lab tests and record vital signs; collect data for Medical Director or RN.
• Schedule and screen patients to be seen by the Medical Director.
• Assist the Medical Director in collecting data for history and physicals.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient medical paperwork.
• Participate in CARF preparation and state audits.
• Interface with public and patients by answering phones and greeting visitors.
