MemorialCare Medical Group in Lakewood, CA is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Ob/Gyn and Family Medicine practice. This 100% outpatient role features Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with no after-hours call and an average of 15–21 patients daily.

You will perform comprehensive histories and physicals, provide prenatal care, implant contraception, interpret labs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Women’s Health or related NP/PA experience; 3+ years preferred.
• 1+ year of obstetrics experience strongly preferred.
• Epic EMR experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations.
• See new OB patients and provide prenatal care throughout all stages of pregnancy.
• Implant contraception (e.g., IUD placement, Nexplanon).
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.

Base Salary Range*:$126,000 to $158,000

Position Summary

Practice Information & Position Details

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in Women’s Health or related field as a NP or PA; 3+ years preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in Obstetrics strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR system highly preferred

Education & Licensure

• California Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing licensure or California Physician Assistant license
• Current, active, unrestricted licensure as an NP or PA
• Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certification in Women’s Health (Preferred)
• Current BLS
• NPI and DEA
