Adams and Associates, Inc. in Crystal Springs, MS, seeks a dedicated Residential Advisor for our Job Corps program. You will mentor students, model professional behavior, and provide daily support to help them pursue education and career goals.

Responsibilities include leading group sessions, fostering a safe dorm environment, coordinating counseling when needed, and maintaining accurate case notes in the center information system; regular attendance and flexibility for overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Job Corps or related youth development/residential program.
• Valid in-state Driver's License highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude; ability to model professional career success.
• Regular, predictable attendance with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and guide students through daily sessions and independent living skills.
• Foster a safe, inclusive dormitory community with student-led activities.
• Ensure safety and well-being by patrolling dorms and upholding Zero Tolerance policy.
• Coordinate support by assessing needs and recommending counseling when necessary.
• Manage dorm operations, report daily activities, and order living supplies.
