Job summary

The Heathman Hotel, part of Makeready, seeks a guest services ambassador to warmly greet guests and manage entrance interactions. You’ll act as the first impression of the property, opening doors and representing the brand with professionalism and hospitality.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, staying informed about local events, answering inquiries, and monitoring for security concerns at the entrance. This role embodies Makeready’s commitment to service and guest experience.

This individual has a natural ability to meet and greet others and help put them at ease. This person understands they are the first impression of the property and is an ambassador for our brand. Their primary responsibility is opening doors and greeting guests in a warm and engaging manner, but they also contribute to security measures for the entrance.

Requested Tasks

• Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
• Remain knowledgeable of local events and the locations of popular venues
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity to supervisor
