Qualifications

Prior experience in door and window sales is required.

Self-motivated with a track record of hitting goals and building your own book of business.

Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and grow a loyal customer base through consultative selling.
Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
Quickly and accurately process customer needs, quotes, orders, and follow-up.
Collaborate with the inside support team to ensure exceptional customer experiences from quote to installation.
Stay knowledgeable on industry trends (energy efficiency, smart-home integration, modern design, etc.).
