Qualifications

• Strong communication skills when speaking with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working outdoors.
• No sales experience required — training provided from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to discuss solar savings with homeowners.
• Use scripts and training to explain California solar incentives and financing options.
• Schedule appointments for solar proposals.
• Handle basic qualification questions (roof type, credit, bill amount, shade).
• Work with closers and managers to ensure smooth follow-up.
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions in the CRM daily.
