Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential sales rep for the Dallas, TX area. You’ll start with a $34,000 base salary and earn uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially reaching six figures or more based on performance.

The role is door-to-door, outdoors, requiring strong communication and persuasive skills. You’ll build relationships with residents, property managers, and referrals, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and referral sources.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
