Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) in Arlington, TX is seeking a Residential Roofing Door-to-Door Sales Representative. Earn $200k-$300k+ OTE and $300k+ if you produce.

You generate your own opportunities through door knocking, referrals, and local prospecting, with 15% of work provided. You’ll get a sign-on bonus over two months, a $2K training bonus, and powerful marketing, training, and systems (AccuLynx, HailTrace, EagleView).

Residential Roofing Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Arlington, TX

$200k - $300k+ OTE

Earn $300k+ If You Can Actually Produce

You’re not starting from zero, but you’re not being carried either. About 15% of your work is given to you. The rest you go out and find.

You get paid on profit. After costs and a 10% fee, you’re making around $4K per job on a typical $30K deal.

Close 1 job, that’s $4K. Close 4, that’s $16K. Do that every month and you’re into strong six figures. There’s no cap.

There’s support behind you. You’ve got a sign-on bonus paid over your first 2 months and a $2K training bonus to help you get going, alongside training, marketing, and systems.

But no one is doing the job for you. If you can sell and you’re willing to go get after it, you’ll make good money here. If you’re not, you won’t last.
