Job summary

Astound is seeking a high-energy, field-based door-to-door salesperson to grow our residential customer base in the Greater Maryland area. You will be in the field, meet residents, discuss service needs, and sign up new customers with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

You’ll represent a leading internet provider, receive comprehensive training, and have the support to thrive with a structured ramp-up and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential field sales or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads provided daily and close sales at the doorstep.
• Understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
