Job summary

Astound is seeking a results-driven outside sales professional in Illinois to obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions. The role offers a base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commissions and potential total earnings up to $89,000+ per year.

You will engage residents and property managers, pursue leads daily, and explain service options while representing Astound’s trusted internet, WiFi, and telecom offerings. Expect field work, training, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced field-based environment.
• Motivated, self-starter comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in a residential environment through in-person interactions with residents and referral sources.
• Pursue provided leads daily to close sales and sign-up orders.
• Understand property-specific service levels, contracts, and obligations, and communicate solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
