Job summary

Astound is seeking a results-driven residential outside sales representative in Illinois. You will meet with residents and property managers in person, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up new customers for Astound’s internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV solutions.

A base salary plus uncapped commissions fuels earnings potential. You’ll operate in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with a strong emphasis on meeting sales targets, relationship building, and strategic marketing awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills expected.
• Sales-quota driven with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through residential, face-to-face interactions with residents, property managers, and referral sources.
• Pursue leads daily and present service options with clear quotes and signup orders.
• Understand property details and tailor service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
