Astound is seeking a driven outside sales professional for door‑to‑door residential campaigns in Illinois. You start with a $40,000 base and unlock uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially surpassing six figures through strong performance and bonuses.

You will engage residents, property managers, and referrals, delivering quotes, signing up services, and expanding Astound’s brand presence across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential sales experience in a field environment.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable working autonomously.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management and organization abilities.
• Sales-quota driven with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Visit potential customers, discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Pursue leads provided daily and stay aware of market competition.
• Explain property-specific service needs and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Visit assigned properties and understand contract language, service levels, and obligations.
