Job summary

Spectrum seeks a driven salesperson to acquire residential customers door-to-door in NY. You will target MDUs with 49 doors or fewer, using a consultative approach to understand needs and meet sales targets.

You will work outside in various conditions, with a base salary plus lucrative incentives, including a commission target starting at $65,000 and total compensation potentially exceeding $100,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by door-to-door sales in MDUs with ≤49 doors.
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services.
• Respond to problems and complaints per policy and resolve them.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and pricing; inform supervisor of changes.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to improve results.
• Complete documentation for dispositions, orders, and reporting on time.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per policy.
