Spectrum is seeking a door-to-door sales representative in New York to acquire residential customers at non-bulk MDUs (≤49 doors). You will use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and meet sales targets, with a base salary plus performance incentives.

You will work primarily outside in various weather conditions, may lift boxes, and must be able to travel within your territory. Spectrum offers competitive pay and benefits, including free Spectrum services.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Capacity to work outdoors for extended periods in any season or weather.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, smartphones, routers and wireless equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned MDUs with 49 or fewer doors.
• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services.
• Respond to customer problems per policy and ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and report changes.
• Attend sales meetings and training programs; apply learning to improve results.
• Accurately complete all necessary sales documentation and receipts.
