Astound is seeking a driven door-to-door sales representative to grow our single-family unit in Pennsylvania. You will meet residents, property managers, and referrals to present services and sign-up orders, working primarily in the field with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with 90% of work outside and a flexible schedule. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential to exceed targets and earn six-figure total
