Astound is seeking a dynamic door-to-door residential outside sales representative in Pennsylvania. You will obtain new customers through face-to-face visits, pursue leads, and present service options with uncapped commission potential.

The role offers a base salary of $38,816.34 plus bonuses and commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $89,000. You must be motivated, independent, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with a valid driver's license and reliable

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through residential, in-person visits to homes and property management groups.
• Pursue provided leads daily with enthusiasm and persistence.
• Explain service options, gather quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and customer obligations.
• Attend required sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in your market.
