Astound in the United States is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential services. In this field-based role, you will meet residents, property managers, and referral sources to qualify needs and sign customers up for Internet, WiFi, and TV services.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions creates earning potential with total on-target earnings up to $90,000+; training begins late November/December; ideal candidates are self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face, door-to-door interactions.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property-specific needs and contracts.
• Present services, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report performance promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and local market.
