Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is seeking a field-based, people-facing representative to visit residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.

You will work outdoors, walking door-to-door, and track daily activities on a tablet. The role offers base pay with bi-weekly bonuses and a clear path into sales or leadership, with strong earning potential depending on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
