Renewal by Andersen of Florida is hiring a Residential Canvassing Representative to introduce homeowners to our products by going door to door in targeted areas. You’ll join a creative marketing team and be the face of our premium window and door replacement company.

The role offers weekly pay, base hourly wages ranging from $25 to $40, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a culture recognized as a top place to work.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Door-to-door sales or retail experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Willing to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Background check and E-Verify participation.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads via door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories.
• Deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to homeowners.
• Meet daily/weekly goals while maintaining professional conduct.
• Provide daily reports on leads and appointments; attend team meetings.
