Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is hiring a Direct Marketing Associate to engage homeowners, generate high-quality leads, and canvass local neighborhoods. You will present Renewal by Andersen’s products, set and achieve goals, and work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with travel within your territory.

Compensation includes a $24 hourly base, uncapped bonuses, and a schedule of 32.5–36 hours weekly. Top performers earn well over $100k annually with competitive benefits and career growth
