Job summary

Spectrum is hiring for a field sales role focused on door-to-door acquisition in non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors. You will use consultative selling to identify customer needs and drive service sign-ups, aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets.

The position offers a base salary with lucrative incentives; total compensation can exceed $100,000 for top performers, plus free or discounted Spectrum services. Must be able to work outside and travel within assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors.
• Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new or additional Spectrum services within assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to company policy and follow through to ensure issues are resolved.
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learning to improve sales results.
