Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a results-driven door-to-door salesperson to acquire new residential customers in non-bulk MDUs (≤49 doors). You’ll use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and achieve targets.

You’ll primarily work outdoors, 80% field time, with a base salary plus lucrative incentives; top performers can reach total compensation over $100k annually, plus free Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties (≤49 doors).
• Support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals within the MDU portfolio.
