Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door canvassing or sales
• Performance-based compensation with uncapped upside
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Willingness to recruit and lead a canvassing team in the future

Responsibilities

• Knock residential doors throughout the Denver metro area
• Start genuine conversations with homeowners
• Identify remodeling needs and generate qualified appointments
• Accurately collect and submit homeowner information
• Coordinate with our call center for appointment confirmation
• Work with our sales team to maximize the value of every opportunity
• Track your activity, appointments, and results
• Learn which neighborhoods, approaches, and messages convert best
• Eventually help recruit, train, motivate, and manage a canvassing team
