Job summary

CGC Home Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a confident, self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser to connect with homeowners, start conversations, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

You’ll canvass assigned neighborhoods, introduce our water treatment products and services, schedule appointments, and represent the company with professionalism and energy. Prior canvassing or door-to-door experience is preferred; training will be provided.

• Maintain regular communication with your manager and take coaching.

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Pay + Commission and Incentives.

The right person has previous door-to-door or canvassing experience, enjoys interacting with people, and knows how to turn a brief conversation into an opportunity. Experience in the water treatment industry is not required—we’ll teach you our products and services. You bring the experience, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

• Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team

• Work toward established lead, appointment, and performance goals
• Maintain regular communication and accountability with your manager
• Be receptive to coaching, feedback, and continued development to improve performance
