You will knock doors in residential neighborhoods, build rapport, and qualify leads to hand off to our sales closers, driving strong growth for a growing home improvement company.

Qualifications

• 18 or older required.
• Valid driver's license, own vehicle, reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with data plan required.
• Willing to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in any weather.
• Strong face-to-face communication and ability to read people.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to energy-efficient windows and doors.
• Build rapport quickly and start real conversations with homeowners at the door.
• Qualify leads by asking about home, windows, and timeline.
• Set confirmed in-home appointments for sales closers.
• Maintain high door-knocking activity and track conversations and appointments.
• Improve sales skills through coaching from experienced door-to-door and home improvement sales leaders.
