You will define component and system requirements, lead design reviews, guide supplier activities, and ensure robust production readiness while collaborating with design, manufacturing, safety, quality, purchasing and vehicle programs teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive body/closure or door systems development.
• Knowledge of power window, anti-pinch, express-up/down systems.
• Experience with door modules, glass run channels, and sealing systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, CAD data, and test results.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional programs.

• Define system requirements and acceptance criteria for door modules.
• Lead technical reviews of designs, tolerances, and interfaces.
