• Manage labor productivity, staffing, and overtime.
• Ensure materials are staged and production-ready.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop (5S discipline).
• Track and improve KPIs (output, quality, labor, inventory, cost).
• Partner with scheduling, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.
• Coach, develop, and hold supervisors and team members accountable.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
