The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with pay ranges from $18.00–$20.00 per hour starting, and potential earnings up to $50.00 per hour based on performance.

Qualifications

• Door installation or carpentry experience required.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry techniques and tools.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial doors, frames, and related hardware.
• Measure, prepare, and fit doors for proper alignment and fit.
• Perform carpentry work related to door installations and repairs.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Represent Universal Doors on job sites.
