Job summary

Rosedale is seeking friendly, reliable Door Staff to welcome guests and protect a safe, enjoyable environment at our venue. You will check IDs, manage crowds, assist with events, and support teammates in a fast-paced setting. This role offers both part-time and full-time options, with opportunities to earn great money and be part of a fun team.

Hospitality mindset and strong communication are essential; prior security or bar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at entry and check IDs as they enter.
• Maintain lines and crowd control.
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed.
• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios and restrooms.
• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars.
