Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Honolulu seeks a courteous Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers in busy airport settings. You will greet passengers, guide them to checkpoints and boarding areas, and provide professional assistance during peak travel times.

You will monitor safety and security compliance, escalate operational issues to leadership, and stay calm under pressure while delivering consistent service. Previous security or customer-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (customer service or security preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Security experience preferred (as noted in the job posting).

Responsibilities

• Monitor passengers in other high-traffic areas
• Direct passengers to appropriate lines, checkpoints, counters, or boarding areas
• Provide friendly and professional customer assistance to passengers
• Identify and escalation operational issues, safety hazards, or service disruptions to leadership
• Monitor compliance with safety, security, and airport regulations
• Assist during irregular operations, flight delays, cancellations, and peak travel periods
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume and fast-paced environments
• Perform other duties as requested
