Job summary

HMF Express is seeking proactive Production Associates for door frame manufacturing. You will assemble and test frames, read English instructions, and use basic tools. The role includes cross-training in building, packaging, and assembly, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating with teammates to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, and ready to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately.
• Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.
• Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.
• Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools.
• Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly.
• Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines.
