Job summary

The Inn at SentryWorld in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is hiring a Door Attendant to greet guests, open doors, escort them, and help transport luggage to and from accommodations. You’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet, ensuring a positive arrival and departure experience.

As the front-line hostess for SentryWorld, you’ll promote amenities, answer questions, and maintain knowledge of local roads and hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ or equivalent work requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsible for greeting and opening doors for guest upon their arrival and departure from the Inn

At the Inn at SentryWorld , we focus on the guest experience . As the Door Attendant, you'll be the first person our guests meet. With a welcoming demeanor, you'll welcome and escort our guests and help transport their luggage to and from their accommodations .

What You'll Do

• Gre e t and open doors for guests upon their arrival to The Inn at SentryWorld.
• Transport guest's luggage to and from their vehicles, rooms, and bell attendant station upon arrival/departure.
• Promote SentryWorld amenities to help e nsure a positive guest experience.
• Maintains working knowledge of Sentry Services facilities and hours of operation, as well as local information to respond to guest questions

What it Takes

• Age requirement of 18+ required
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to provide e xcellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Strong communicat ion skills
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
