Hyatt Regency Atlanta is seeking a Door Attendant to warmly welcome guests, coordinate transportation, and assist with luggage. You will engage guests, share hotel information, and help ensure a smooth arrival experience.

This role emphasizes exceptional service, communication, and teamwork in a high-volume hotel setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate a genuine desire to satisfy guests, refined verbal skills, and the stamina to stand for long periods while handling moderate physical tasks.

A Door Attendant is primarily responsible for welcoming guest to the hotel and obtaining transportation when requested. This role requires communication and coordination between Valet/Bell services and assistance with guest luggage. Door Attendants takes the lead in engaging guests in conversation and sharing hotel and local recommendations.
