Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a Production Assembler on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, starting at $17.50/hr based on experience, to join our VALUES based organization. You will focus on assembling semi-custom single door units from kitted frame parts and prepped doors.

Responsibilities: prep material with exact measurements, operate saws to cut material, and apply the quality product label. Qualifications: read a tape measure, basic arithmetic, good hand–eye coordination, and use hand

Qualifications

• Must be able to read tape measure.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Good hand and eye coordination.
• Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic staple gun and other electric tools when necessary.
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-custom single door units from kitted frame parts and prepped doors.
• Prep material for assembly using exact measurements.
• Operate several different saws to cut material.
• Complete the quality product label.
