Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 SouthMarietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Ensures that the campus community receives appropriateelectronic access privileges in a timely manner while adhering toapplicable security protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Educational Requirements
Technical or Associates degree from an accredited institution ofhigher education or associated institution in related field or anequivalent combination of relevant education and/orexperience
Required Experience
One (1) year related experience
Preferred Experience
Educational Requirements
An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institutionof higher education in a related field
ABILITIES
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meetingassigned deadlines
KNOWLEDGE
Experience with one or more electronic access control systems,particular experience with SALTO System, Onity Integra and LenelOnGuard are preferred
SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving,independent judgment, technology, organization, communication(verbal and written), time management, project management andpresentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated withthe position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
