Responsibilities

• Weigh dry ingredients and bring liquids to the right temperature to make batter.
• Fill hoppers with batter and keep fryer oil filled; clean the room and equipment after shifts.
• Ensure a fresh and appealing product.
• Follow health code procedures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Operate and sanitize bakery equipment as required by local health department.
• Clean the work area—wash counters, sweep and mop floors.
• Assist bakery manager or owner with other duties as assigned.
