Job summary

Hugo's Family Marketplace in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Donut Fryer to prepare and fry donuts according to established recipes, monitor fryer temperatures, and ensure product quality.

You will uphold strict cleanliness and food safety, restock ingredients, manage supplies, and help meet production schedules in a fast-paced bakery environment. Overnight shifts available for both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; on-the-job training acceptable.
• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred.

Job Details: Job Location: Hugos Family Marketplace - Store #9 - 1st Ave S - Jamestown, ND 58401, Position Type: Full Time (35+ Hours/Week) or Part Time, Job Shift: Overnight, Job Purpose:- The Donut Fryer at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for preparing and frying donuts according to established recipes and quality standards. This role ensures the production of high-quality donuts by maintaining fryer temperatures, cooking times, and adhering to food safety regulations. The Donut Fryer plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and assisting in meeting production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and fry donuts according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain fryer temperatures and cooking times to ensure product consistency.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area.
• Portion, shape, and decorate donuts as required.
• Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure continuous production.
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations consistently.
• Manage inventory and control waste to optimize resource use.
• Assist in meeting production schedules efficiently.
• Operate fryers and bakery equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow recipes accurately and ensure product quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Required Education
