Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is hiring Bakers/Crew Members for its Texas locations including Euless. You will be cross-trained in basic baking and guest service, following quality standards in a fast-paced environment, and working as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role can be part-time while in school or a stepping-stone to management, with opportunities for development and growth as you learn the baking functions and store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required for online training and transactions.
• Ability to count money and make change with basic math skills.

• Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests.
• Follow the communication guideline established in your store.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback and show passion for learning.

• Dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of executing multiple tasks.
• Receive specialized training in baking functions and prepare donuts and other bakery products.
