Job summary

The Sanneh Foundation is seeking a Major Donor Stewardship VISTA to build sustainable donor stewardship infrastructure that staff can use beyond the service year. The VISTA will assess current practices and develop standardized tools, templates, workflows, and tracking systems for donor communications and impact reporting in Minnesota.

This full-time AmeriCorps VISTA position runs 09/08/2026–09/06/2027, requires an Associates degree, and engages with community outreach, writing, and public

Qualifications

• Experience in writing/editing and clear communication.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to create donor communications materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor stewardship tools, templates, and workflows.
• Create tracking systems, SOPs, and impact reporting resources.
• Collaborate with development staff to pilot tools and gather feedback.
• Build centralized library of resources for future staff use.
