Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, higher education administration, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee donor-funded scholarships lifecycle and Scholarship Universe operations.
- Ensure scholarship awards follow donor intent, policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid, Accounting, and Development Officers on awards and reporting.
- Monitor scholarship utilization and reporting to improve processes and donor experience.
- Lead and supervise the Donor Stewardship team and student staff.
- Develop and improve donor stewardship policies, workflows, and analytics.
