Job summary

The University of California, Santa Barbara is seeking an Assistant Director of Donor Reporting, Stewardship and Engagement Programs to lead centralized stewardship planning and reporting for the Donor Relations and Gifts Services unit. You will develop reports, interpret complex data, and support strategic donor engagement initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will supervise coordination of yearly reporting cycles, craft tailored stewardship materials, and collaborate with faculty,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with strong analytic and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to write clearly and proofread documents.
• Experience analyzing problems and proposing solutions.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight timeframes.
• Sound judgment and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized stewardship planning and reporting for DRS.
• Develop highly customized donor reports and interpret complex data.
• Lead analytics to support donor relations and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate reporting cycles for endowed funds, fellowships and scholarships.
• Collaborate with Senior Director, college/unit development officers, and faculty.
