Central Ohio Youth For Christ in Columbus seeks a relational and mission-minded Donor Stewardship and Retention Coordinator to strengthen donor relationships, cultivate financial champions, and connect supporters with meaningful opportunities to impact teens.

You will manage donor communications, maintain records, coordinate events, and collaborate with teams while embracing COYFC's Christ-centered mission. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Competenze

• Experience in nonprofit donor relations or fundraising preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with donor databases and Google Workspace.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned donors through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Thank donors, share ministry updates, and communicate impact of generosity.
• Identify opportunities to increase donor engagement and support.
• Re-engage lapsed donors and reconnect them with ministry opportunities.
• Implement donor stewardship and retention strategies for long-term partnership.
• Maintain accurate donor records and tracking in DonorPerfect.
• Collaborate with development staff, ministry teams, churches, volunteers, and donors.
• Participate in donor events as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Support fundraising by inviting guests to See the Story tours or Be The Story luncheon.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings, supervisory meetings, and weekly staff prayer.
