Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or business preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively to produce reports, correspondence and acknowledgments in a variety of voices.
  • Effectively present information to a variety of constituencies in a variety of ways.
  • Analyze, understand and organize financial data.
  • Develop effective interpersonal relationships with donors and volunteers.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

  • Act as point person for preparing endowment fund impact reports for donors and fund contacts, with collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Process, design and implement gift acknowledgment processes.
  • Support, enhance and strengthen stewardship efforts with fundraisers and leadership.
