Job summary

Bryant University is hiring a Stewardship Associate to coordinate donor stewardship activities, including communications, scholarship reporting, and donor recognition initiatives. The role collaborates with Development, Annual Giving, Donor Experience, and campus partners to demonstrate the impact of philanthropic support.

The position supports student engagement, content collection, and donor gratitude programs, while maintaining records, reports, and CRM data to ensure accurate stewardship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant professional experience; higher education experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with fundraising databases and CRM systems preferred.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stewardship communications, donor impact reports, scholarship reports, and related materials.
• Support donor recognition initiatives and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Advancement Communications and campus partners to manage templates and resources.
• Coordinate annual scholarship reporting for donors outside Tier 1 and Tier 2 giving levels.
• Gather student-generated content for scholarship reports and stewardship communications.
• Coordinate student participation in stewardship initiatives such as Thank a Donor Day.
• Plan and execute donor gratitude initiatives, including Thank-a-Donor programs.
• Maintain stewardship tracking systems and reports within the Advancement CRM.
• Support stewardship components of donor events and recognition programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
